D & O Coaching was established in 2002, for both Personal and Professional Empowerment. Since that time we have watched the transformational list of Setting and Achieving Goals increase with an overall satisfactory ratio of 95% to 98% according to all evaluations taken and submitted.

One of our most prized aspects is our use of the Personal Profile. Through the discovery and development of a personal profile of (What’s Working Well) and the goal of (What Must Be Accomplished In The Near Future) It all comes together.

As Parents, Educators, Coordinators and Professionals the perception is sometimes deceiving. We’re stereotyped as super humans having it all together with no human concerns or issues. We are here to take care of the needs of others. Nothing should happen to us, we have all the answers.
